Our office for Psb Logistics Pvt.Ltd. is situated in the Additional Township at Btps Colony in Badarpur. If you’ve ever been to this part of New Delhi, you know it’s dominated by the big power plant. Being at B/133 means we are right in the middle of a lot of activity. We handle logistics, which basically means a lot of coordination between different people and places. Delhi traffic is a nightmare most days, so a lot of our time is spent on the phone tracking where shipments are stuck. The office itself is pretty basic—just some desks, computers, and a lot of files piled up. We don't really go for the polished look because we are too busy working. The BTPS Colony area has a specific feel to it, quite different from the main city parts of Delhi. It’s more industrial and hardworking. We have a few people working here who have been with us since the start. We mostly just focus on getting things moved from point A to point B without too much trouble. Sometimes the electricity goes off and we just have to wait it out, which is part of life in Badarpur. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to do our job well enough that people come back. It's a lot of long hours and sometimes frustrating calls, but that's what logistics is all about for us. We just keep the wheels turning as best as we can.
