Our place is in Okhla Industrial Area Phase 2, right at B-90. If you’ve ever been to Okhla, you know it’s a busy, industrial kind of place with a lot of trucks and workers everywhere. We fit right in because our work at Pronk Multiservice India Pvt. Ltd. is all about services and logistics. The office is right in the thick of things, which makes sense for the kind of multiservice stuff we handle. It’s a lot of coordination between different departments and making sure our clients get what they need on time. The building itself is pretty standard for Okhla—nothing too flashy, just a solid place to work. We spend our days on the phone or working through spreadsheets to keep track of everything. It can get pretty loud and dusty outside with all the factories and warehouses nearby, but that’s just the atmosphere of Phase 2. We don’t have a big reception area or anyone in suits; it’s mostly just people in regular clothes getting their hands dirty when they have to. We’ve been based here for a good while, so we know the local transporters and the way the area functions. It’s a lot of manual tracking and making sure nothing gets lost in the shuffle. We take things as they come and try to solve problems before they get too big. It’s just a normal day of work for us at the B-90 address.
