Pro-Logistics (India) Ltd. is tucked away in Shahdara, specifically over at D-86/6 on Street No. 8 in Jyoti Colony. If you have ever been to this part of Delhi, you know exactly how crowded and lively it is. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but it is where we manage all the logistics and moving parts of the business. We spend most of our hours coordinating trucks and checking on schedules. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and it gets a bit stressful, but we manage. We are not the type of company that uses big words or tries to sound like we are some global giant. We are just local people working in a local neighborhood. Most of the staff live close by, so we have a good feel for the area and how to get things done here. The office is usually filled with the sound of people talking and the hum of the old fans. We keep our records on a few computers and a lot of paper files that seem to grow every month. It is a straightforward operation. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to make us look polished. We just handle the logistics part of things and try to make sure nothing gets lost along the way. It is hard work, but we have been at it for a long time.
