Pro Lab Marketing Pvt. Ltd. is based out of A-303 in Ansal Chambers-I. That is located in Bhikaji Cama Place, which is always a very busy part of the city. There are so many different offices in this building that it can be hard to find your way around if you are visiting for the first time. We have been here for a long while, though. Our work is mostly about connecting laboratories with the specific gear they need for their experiments. We are not a manufacturer ourselves. We act more like a bridge between the people who make the equipment and the researchers who actually use it. The office is usually a bit chaotic with papers and samples scattered about. We spend most of the day on the computer or the phone. It takes a lot of coordinating to get everything right. Bhikaji Cama Place has its good and bad points, like the parking situation which is almost always a nightmare. But it is a good location for meeting people. We do not have a flashy showroom here. Most of our interactions happen through emails or over a quick coffee. We try to be helpful and give people straight answers when they ask about a piece of equipment. We are not trying to sell anyone something they do not actually need. The staff here is pretty relaxed, and we just focus on getting the daily tasks finished.
