Most of us are in old shirts and trousers that we don't mind getting dirty. We’ve been in Moti Nagar for a long time, so we’ve seen the area change around us. The metro being built was a big deal. Inside the shop, it’s loud and hot, but that’s the nature of die casting. We don’t have a fancy reception area. If you walk in, you’ll probably see someone working on a machine first. We just handle the jobs as they come in. There’s no big philosophy behind it; we just use the tools we have to make the parts people need. We share tea from the stall down the road and keep an eye on the clock for the end of the shift. It’s a practical, hardworking environment where we don’t worry about appearances much.
