Prime Devices

Prime Devices is located over in the Naraina Industrial Area, specifically at B-59/3. It’s an industrial spot, so it’s usually quite noisy and busy with trucks moving in and out all day long. We’ve been operating from this unit for quite some time now. Our focus is mainly on the technical side of things, putting together devices and checking parts. It’s dusty work sometimes, but that’s just the nature of being in an industrial zone. We have a few benches set up where the guys sit and work through the orders. It’s not a place with air conditioning in every corner or soft carpets. It’s concrete floors and metal shelves. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. Usually, people find us because they need a specific part or a repair done, and someone told them we were here. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, there are boxes everywhere. We just move them out of the way and keep going. If a machine breaks down, we spend the afternoon getting it back up. That’s just a normal Tuesday for us. We drink a lot of tea while we work. It helps keep the energy up when there's a big pile of stuff to get through before the weekend starts. We just do the work as it comes in and hope for a quiet evening once the shutters are down.
