Pos Expert

We are down in the lower ground floor at Sant Nagar. It stays a bit cooler down there, which is nice during the summer months in Delhi. Pos Expert is what we call ourselves because that’s what we spend all day doing—billing machines, software, and retail stuff. Being in East of Kailash means we see a lot of shop owners coming through. They usually have a problem with their billing or need a new machine because the old one finally quit. We’ve got stacks of thermal paper and different scanners sitting around the shop. It’s a hands-on kind of place. We don’t really do fancy meetings or anything. Usually, it’s just someone walking in with a broken printer and us trying to figure out why it’s jamming. It can be frustrating when the software acts up, but we stay patient with it. Most of our day is spent talking to people about their shops and how they manage their sales. It’s interesting to see so many different businesses. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and the neighbors all know us. It’s a busy little street, and there’s always something going on outside. We just keep doing our thing, helping folks get their registers working so they can get back to their own customers. It’s simple, honest work, and it keeps us busy from morning till evening.
