Our place is at 1/ 9-B on the second floor of Karam House. It’s right on Asaf Ali Road, which is one of those places that never really stays quiet. There is always a lot of noise from the street, but once you’re up in the office, it’s not too bad. We deal with safety technology, which means our desks are often covered in manuals, spec sheets, and various pieces of equipment we’re looking at. The space is a bit tight, especially when we have a lot of new stock coming in, but we manage to find a place for everything. We don't have a big, fancy setup with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a practical workspace where we can focus on what needs to be done. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we’re a pretty tight-knit group. We spend a lot of time talking to suppliers and making sure we have the right items for our customers. It’s a lot of mundane tasks like filing and data entry, but it’s what keeps the business running. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just tell people what we have and try to be as helpful as possible. It’s an honest day’s work in a busy part of the city, and we’re happy with that. We just take it one day at a time.
