Pn Hr Solutions Private Limited is tucked away in Sector-8 of Dwarka. We are at Plot No 17, Block-D on the first floor. It’s a fairly standard office space in a busy part of South West Delhi. We moved here because Dwarka is growing so fast and there are always new businesses popping up that need help with their staff. Our day-to-day is mostly reading through applications and checking references. It’s a lot of paperwork, to be honest. We aren't some giant firm with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group that knows how to handle the hiring side of things. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we get our work done. We have some desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of files. Sometimes the traffic in Sector-8 makes it hard for people to get here on time, but we don't mind. We understand how Delhi life is. We don't use fancy slogans. We just talk to the people who come in and try to help them find a way forward. Whether it’s a company looking for a new manager or someone looking for their first office job, we treat everyone the same. It’s a local business, and we plan to keep it that way for a long time. It feels good to see someone we helped get a job out and about in the local market area.
