Our main office is located at 7, Jaipur Estate in Nizamuddin East. It is a bit quieter around here compared to the big markets. Plugcord is run from this spot and we’ve made it our own over time. It’s a straightforward setup. We have our desks and our equipment all in one place. We don't have a lot of corporate rules or fancy titles. We just work together to get things sorted. Most of the time, we are busy with coordination and making sure the details are right. It’s a small team, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. We don't spend much on decorating the place because we are too focused on the actual work. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with papers and samples, but we know where everything is. We take our lunch breaks together and talk about regular stuff. It’s a very down-to-earth environment. We don't try to sound like a big multinational company. We are just local people doing our jobs. If someone needs to reach us, they usually just call the main line and one of us picks up. We’ve been at this address for a while and the neighborhood feels like home. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily business as it comes. There’s no secret to it, just staying organized and being here every day. It’s a quiet way to work but it suits us just fine.
