You can find us at 91, DSIDC Complex in Okhla Phase I. It’s an old industrial area, and our building shows its age a bit. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re too busy to worry about that. We’ve been in this spot for a long time. The roads in Okhla are always a mess with traffic, so we usually get here early to beat the rush. Inside, it’s a mix of storage and workspace. We have some heavy tables and a lot of tools scattered around. It’s not the kind of place you’d bring a camera to for a photo shoot. It’s practical. We do PLS India’s work right here on the ground floor. There’s a lot of noise from the nearby shops, but it keeps the energy up. We don’t have a fancy website or a bunch of people sitting in cubicles. Most of us are on our feet for the better part of the day. When a shipment comes in, everyone helps out. There’s no hierarchy where someone just sits and watches. We’ve got some old fans that rattle a bit, but they keep the air moving. It’s a gritty part of Delhi, but we like being where the action is. We don’t use big words to describe what we do. We just show up, do the job, and go home to our families. Every day is pretty much the same routine, but we find ways to make it through.
