Pine Pharma is out in Okhla Industrial Area-I. Our building is D-91/2. It’s a very industrial part of Delhi, with lots of trucks and factories all around. The air is always a bit heavy with the smell of industry. Our space is divided between a small office area and a larger warehouse where we keep the pharmaceutical products. It’s very functional. We have industrial shelving that goes all the way to the ceiling. The floor is concrete and can get a bit cold in the winter. We have a small team here, and everyone wears multiple hats. One minute you're on the computer, the next you're helping load a truck. There’s a lot of paperwork because of the nature of what we handle. We have to be very organized with the batches and dates. It’s not a place where you’d find a lot of decoration. We have some plastic chairs for visitors and a sturdy desk for the manager. The power goes out sometimes, so we have a generator that kicks in with a loud hum. Most of us take the bus or ride bikes to get here. It’s a long day, starting early and often finishing after dark. We just focus on getting the orders out to the distributors. It’s a plain, working-class environment. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything, just the gate and the warehouse door.
