We run Phoenix Surveillance Systems Pvt. Ltd. out of Jaina Tower II in Janak Puri. Our unit is 820-A, which is easy enough to find once you get inside the District Centre. It’s a busy area with a lot of shops and offices, so there’s always something happening right outside the door. We spend our time working on cameras and security setups for people who want to keep an eye on their property. It’s practical stuff that really matters to the folks we work with. The office is usually cluttered with cables, lenses, and monitors because we like to test everything before it goes out. It isn’t the most organized-looking place, but we know where everything is. We aren't interested in being a big corporate entity; we’re just a local team that knows how to install a system that works. Most of our day is spent either on the phone helping someone figure out their DVR or out on a ladder somewhere in the city. Janak Puri is a good base for us because we can get to most parts of town fairly quickly. We’ve seen the District Centre change a lot over the years, but we’ve stayed right here in the tower. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It’s a regular job for regular people who care about getting the tech right. We are usually here from morning until late evening making sure everything is working as it should.
