We're located in the basement of C-323 in Palam Extension, specifically the Harijan Basti area of Sector 7. It’s a bit cooler down here in the basement during the hot Delhi summers, which is a real blessing when you're working all day. Our company is Phixman Realty And Designs Private Limited. We focus on realty and design work, which is a bit of a mix, but it keeps the days interesting. The office is tucked away from the main road, so it’s usually pretty quiet and peaceful. We have a lot of samples lying around the place—bits of tile, paint swatches, and thick property files. It can get a bit cluttered if we aren't careful about tidying up. We’re a small private limited outfit, nothing too big or corporate. We started this because we liked the idea of building things and finding people homes they actually like. South West Delhi is our main area of operation and we know the streets of Palam quite well by now. The lighting in the basement isn't the best, so we have a lot of lamps everywhere. It gives the place a cozy feel, almost like a workshop rather than a formal office. We don't have a big sign out front. Most people find us through word of mouth. We spend a lot of time sketching out ideas or checking on construction progress nearby. It’s just regular work that we do with a lot of focus.
