Pets Plus Clinic

Pets Plus Clinic is located on the second floor of Vardhman Plus City Mall, specifically in Shop No-222. Being in Dwarka Sector 23, right near Basava International School, means we get a lot of families coming in. It’s a bit of a walk up to the second floor if you have a heavy pet, but most people find us okay once they get into the mall. We’ve been in this shop for a while, and it’s a decent-sized space for the clinic work we do. The windows look out toward the school area, which is nice during the day. We spend most of our time in the back rooms or at the front counter talking to owners. It’s usually a mix of scheduled appointments and people just dropping by because they’re worried about their pet. We don’t use any fancy systems, just a notebook and some patience. Sometimes the mall gets a bit noisy, but inside the clinic, we try to keep it calm for the animals. Cleaning is a never-ending task here, especially with the foot traffic in Sector 23. We’ve got all the basic tools and medicine tucked away in the cabinets. It’s a straightforward setup. We see a lot of the same dogs from the neighborhood, and it’s good to know their names. Running a clinic in a mall like Vardhman Plus City has its challenges, like hauling supplies up, but we’ve made it our own.
