You can find us over at Plot No-A-97/2 in Okhla Industrial Area, specifically in Phase 2. We are pretty close to the Harkesh Nagar Metro Station, which makes it a lot easier for the staff to get to work without having to fight the Delhi traffic every single day on their scooters or in buses. The building is a typical industrial setup for this part of town. At Pearl Polymers Limited, we are mostly dealing with plastic materials and all the machinery that goes along with that kind of production. It’s a busy environment with a lot of movement. You’ll see bags of resin and finished polymer products stacked up near the loading docks waiting to be moved. The noise level is fairly constant because the machines don’t really stop during the shift. It can get a bit cramped inside with all the stock and the equipment, but we manage to keep things organized enough to get the work done. The area around Phase 2 is always humming with activity, from delivery bikes to large trucks trying to navigate the narrow turns of the estate. We’ve got a small break area where we sit and have our lunch, usually talking about the news or how the weather is changing. It is not a place for sitting around and doing nothing. There is always something that needs to be moved, checked, or packed up for a customer.
