Our office is on the 2nd floor of Building No. 428. It’s a fairly simple setup where we handle everything related to our air systems business. We’ve got some storage space and a few desks where we manage the orders and the service calls. Most of the time, our technicians are out at customer sites, so the office can feel a bit empty during the day. We deal with a lot of hardware, parts for ventilation, and different types of air units. It’s not a glamorous job, but keeping the air right in a building is more important than people realize. We get a lot of calls when something stops working, so our phones are usually ringing. The stairs in this building are a bit narrow, so moving equipment up and down can be a bit of a workout. We don't have any fancy posters or a big reception area. It’s just a place where we get the work done. We’ve been in this building for a while now and we know all the neighbors. Usually, the day starts early with a quick meeting to see who is going where, and then we spend the rest of the time tracking parts or helping walk-in customers. It’s a steady pace. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't; we just know our systems and we stay busy keeping them running. It’s just how we operate day to day.
