We have a couple of spots where we do our work. One is at house number 363 in the Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel Ward over in Milloniganj, Jabalpur. The other place is T-29 in Baljeet Nagar, near Patel Nagar West in New Delhi. Having two locations means we are always busy coordinating between different cities. At Patel Integrated Logistics Services, we don't go in for fancy offices or high-end decor. The Jabalpur office is right in the middle of a busy ward, and the Delhi spot is just as lively. We handle freight, moving goods, and all the little details that go along with it. It’s a lot of back-and-forth on the phone. Sometimes it feels like we are just managing chaos, but we usually get things where they need to go. We have a small staff in both places, mostly people who have been with us since the start. We don't really have a polished way of talking about our business. We just deal with the trucks and the loads as they come in. If a driver is stuck in traffic or a customer has a question about a delivery, we just answer the phone and try to help. It’s straightforward work without any of the corporate talk. We’re just regular people working in the logistics trade, trying to keep things moving as smoothly as we can every single day.
