You can find us over in Govindpuri, New Delhi. The office is actually in House No. 1207 on Gali No.10. It is a tight street, typical for this part of the city. Durgesh Singh Rajput is usually around handling things. Patel Integrated Logistics Limited is basically just us in this building, surrounded by neighbors and the usual street noise. It gets pretty loud outside with the bikes and the vendors passing by. We spend most of the day on the phone or on the computer tracking where everything is. Logistics is mostly just solving small problems before they get big. We have files stacked up on the desks. Sometimes we go out for a quick tea at the corner shop when things get too hectic. The room is small but it fits what we need. It's not a glass building in a fancy business park, it's just a house in a regular gali. People sometimes get lost looking for Gali No.10, so we have to give directions over the phone quite a bit. It is honest work. We don't use big words here. We just make sure the boxes move from one place to another. Every morning starts the same, checking the lists and making sure the drivers are on their way. It is a lot of coordination. Delhi is a busy place to run a business like this, but we are used to it by now.
