Our place, Sai Jyoti Investment Services, is inside the Gh-9/101 complex in Paschim Vihar. Being in a residential block makes the vibe a bit different than a standard office building. It’s a bit quieter, and you see the same neighbors every day. We’ve set up our office to be functional and comfortable since we spend so many hours here. There are files everywhere because we still like having things on paper even though we use computers too. We mostly deal with people’s questions about their money and where to put it. It’s not a high-pressure environment. We usually sit down with a cup of chai and just talk through things. The light in the office is okay, but we often have the desk lamps on when it gets cloudy outside. Paschim Vihar is a settled area, and we’ve become part of the furniture here at Gh-9. We don’t have a big sign with lights. Most people know us by word of mouth or they just see our name near the entrance. It’s just a small team of us. We aren't trying to act like we're in a big skyscraper downtown. We’re just local people doing work for other local people. Sometimes it’s busy and sometimes it’s slow, but we’re always here at the desk from morning until evening, making sure the records are kept straight. It’s simple, steady work that keeps us going every single day.
