We operate out of Paschim Vihar, specifically at B - 3/45. It’s a busy part of New Delhi, and honestly, the noise from the street is something we’ve just gotten used to over the years. Paramount Instruments Pvt. Ltd. has been around for a while now. We deal with various instruments and testing tools, which means things have to be handled pretty carefully. The rooms are usually full of boxes and technical manuals. We aren't really flashy people. Most of us just wear comfortable clothes because we spend a lot of time on our feet or leaning over a bench. Delhi summers are tough in this building, but we make do with a couple of fans and a lot of water. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s mostly just us answering the phone and writing down orders by hand. Sometimes we get behind on things, especially when the shipping gets delayed, but we try to keep everyone updated as best as we can. It’s a small team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from packing boxes to checking the mail. We like it that way because it keeps us busy and we know exactly what’s going on at any given moment. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to do a decent job every day without any fuss. It isn't always perfect, but we put in the hours and get it done.
