The Pankaj Bill Co is based at 5 1 Sarai Julena, right near the New Friends Colony area in New Delhi. Sarai Julena is a bustling neighborhood that feels a world away from the fancy houses of NFC. We’ve been at this location for years, and it’s become our steady base of operations. We don't have a high-rise office or a fancy sign outside. It’s just a plain room where we handle all the billing and administrative work that comes our way. The street outside is always full of people, and finding a place to park can be a real headache. We’ve grown used to the sounds of the city and the constant movement. Our work involves a lot of numbers and making sure everything adds up correctly at the end of the month. It can be a bit tedious at times, but it’s what we do. We don't have a huge team, just a few of us sitting at our desks with our tea and our ledgers. We don't use a lot of fancy software; we prefer to keep things simple and reliable. People come in to drop off their bills or to sort out a payment, and we talk to them like neighbors. It’s a very practical, down-to-earth business. We just keep our heads down and make sure the bills are handled on time every single month. It works for us.
