We are located at No. 2576/78 Gali No. 10 in Chuna Mandi, Paharganj. It’s a busy part of Delhi, and the lanes are quite narrow. Our business is exporting various items. We have been here for a good number of years now. Most of what we do involves coordinating with local suppliers and then shipping things out to buyers in other countries. It’s a lot of checking boxes and making sure the labels are right. The office is small and usually filled with samples of fabrics or handicrafts. We don’t have a fancy showroom. It’s more of a workspace where we get things done. My family runs the place, and we have a couple of staff members who help with the heavy lifting. The noise from the street is constant, but you get used to it. Sometimes the deliveries get stuck in traffic because Paharganj is always crowded. We just handle it as it comes. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the orders are correct and they get to where they are going. It’s a practical business. We drink a lot of chai and talk to the neighbors. It’s a steady rhythm that we’ve grown to like over the decades. There is always something happening in Chuna Mandi. We just keep our heads down and do our work every day.
