Agarwal Cloth House Delhi is situated at No. 4604 in the Main Bazar of Pahar Ganj. Being in Pahar Ganj means we are right in the heart of one of Delhi’s busiest and oldest markets. The shop is filled from floor to ceiling with rolls of all kinds of cloth. We’ve been here for many years, and the shop has a lot of history in its walls. It’s a bit of a squeeze when we have more than two or three customers at once because of all the fabric we keep in stock. We don't have any modern decor or air conditioning; it’s just the same wooden shelves and old fans we’ve always had. Dealing with the heat and the noise of the Main Bazar is just part of our daily life. We spend a lot of time measuring out meters of cloth and talking to customers about what they’re planning to make. It’s a very social business, and we know many of the other shop owners around us. We don't have a website or do any online selling. If you want to buy cloth from us, you have to come down to Pahar Ganj and see it for yourself. We prefer doing things face-to-face anyway. It’s a hectic place to work, but there’s always something interesting happening right outside our door at 4604 Main Bazar. We just keep doing what we’ve always done.
