P. S. Paper Products

We have been making paper products here in West Patel Nagar for quite a while. Our shop, P. S. Paper Products, is at 20/13 in the Old Market, right near the Kali Mandir. If you know the area, it’s pretty easy to find us by the sound of the machines or the smell of the raw paper. We make all sorts of things, like bags and rolls and sheets that people use every day. It is a noisy job, and there’s always dust in the air, but it’s what we do. The machines are old but they still work fine if you treat them right. We have a few guys who have been operating them for a decade or more. It isn't a clean, white-wall factory; it’s a real workshop with oil on the floor and scraps of paper everywhere. We don't really have a sales team. Usually, people just come by the market or call us up when they run out of stock. We try to keep enough on hand so nobody has to wait too long. Living and working near the Mandir means there’s always something going on outside, which makes the days go by fast. We aren't trying to change the world, just making sure the local shops have the paper they need. It’s a steady business and we like being part of the Old Market community. We handle our own deliveries most days too.
