We are located at Rohit House, specifically in room 607 on Tolstoy Marg. Being right in the middle of Central Delhi at 110001 means we are close to a lot of action, but the traffic around here is a daily struggle. Our office is a functional space where we handle the logistics of infrastructure projects. It’s not a polished corporate suite. There are maps pinned to the walls and stacks of files that probably need better organizing. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or in meetings trying to figure out how to get machines and materials to different parts of the city. The building itself is older and has its quirks, like the elevator that sometimes takes forever to arrive. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who have been doing this for years. Most of our work happens out on the roads or at construction sites, so the office is really just a base of operations. We come here to regroup, finish the paperwork, and have a cup of tea before heading back out. It’s a lot of manual coordination and dealing with local issues that pop up. We don't have a mission statement or a fancy lobby. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get the jobs done without too much trouble. It’s a practical way to run things in a busy city.
