P C Jethi Associates

We operate out of a MIG flat in Seikh Sarai Phase I. It’s been our base in New Delhi for a long time. The space is a bit cramped because we have so many folders and papers everywhere, but we know where everything is. Living and working in a residential area like this has its own feel. You hear the neighbor’s kids playing outside sometimes and the vegetable sellers passing by. It’s not a glass office building, but that’s alright. We handle mostly associate work and whatever paperwork comes through the door. P C Jethi started this a while back and we’ve just kept going. New Delhi-110017 is a familiar area for us. Most days start with tea and going through the mail. We have a couple of desks pushed together and some old chairs that have seen better days. The lighting isn't great in the back room, so we mostly stay in the front area. People come by to drop off documents or just to chat about ongoing work. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't have a big sign outside, just enough so people find 34/A. It’s noisy during the day with the traffic nearby, but inside we just focus on the task at hand. It's a simple setup. We do our work, keep our records straight, and close up when the day is done. It gets quite hot in the summer, so we keep the old air conditioner running as much as we can.
