Oversee Rental Services Private Limited

Oversee Rental Services Private Limited is just us working from the first floor of House No 103 in Block-B, near Kh No-293 in Saidulajab. It is a busy part of South Delhi and getting to the office can be a bit of a trek when the traffic is heavy. We spend most of our time dealing with rental stuff, like sorting out keys and making sure the agreements are all set. It’s not a fancy corporate setup with glass walls; we just have some desks and a lot of folders. The neighborhood has a lot of people coming and going, so there’s always something to do. We started this because we knew the area well and saw that people needed help managing their rental properties. Some days are just filled with phone calls and checking on buildings to see if repairs are needed. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is mostly just local folks who know where we are. We keep things pretty simple and try to be straightforward with anyone who walks in. The office gets a bit warm in the summer, but we have the fans going and just get on with the work. It’s mostly about making sure the leases are signed and everyone knows where they stand. We’ve been at this location for a while now and we like being part of the local community here in Delhi.
