You can find us at Flat No. 97 in Ras Vihar, which is in the Mandawli Fazalpur area of I P Extension, Patparganj. We are right there in East Delhi. The office is inside a residential colony, so it has a very local feel to it. We are not some big, unreachable company. We are right here in the middle of the neighborhood, handling the daily flow of courier packages and mail. The I P Extension area is quite packed, so we have to be smart about how we move things in and out. Most of our day is spent sorting through letters and making sure the delivery riders have the right routes. It is a lot of manual work, and we do not have any high-tech robots doing it for us. It is just people with clipboards and pens. We have been in this flat for a long time, and the walls are covered with old maps and calendars. Sometimes the monsoon rains make deliveries a real pain, or the summer heat slows everything down, but we just keep at it. We do not promise miracles; we just try to get the mail delivered as best as we can given the conditions of the city. We have a small team of dedicated folks who show up every morning, drink their chai, and start the sorting. It is a straightforward life and we have gotten used to the rhythm of this part of Delhi. We just do the work.
