We are based at B - 36 in Arjun Mohalla, specifically on Street Number 6 in Maujpur. It is a typical Delhi neighborhood, very lively and always a bit noisy. We run our courier operations from here. Most of our day is spent handling parcels and making sure the delivery boys have their routes sorted. We get a lot of walk-in traffic from people living nearby. It is a bit of a tight space when we have a big delivery coming in, but we manage. We aren’t a corporate office with a lobby and a receptionist. It is just us behind the desk taking in packages and tagging them. We have been in Maujpur for a good amount of time, so we know most of the shopkeepers on the street. Logistics in a place like this is mostly about knowing how to navigate the narrow lanes without getting stuck. We have stacks of parcels waiting to go out and others just arriving from the main hub. It gets pretty hectic around the holidays or when everyone decides to order things at the same time. We don't have a lot of time for small talk, but we try to be helpful. It’s a practical business. We just make sure the mail gets to the right house and that people get their stuff on time. No one expects anything fancy from us, and we like it that way because it lets us focus on the parcels. It's just local work.
