Our office is located on the second floor of 46-Ch, Balbir Singh Place in Paschim Vihar. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. The building is tucked away in a part of Paschim Vihar that is relatively calm compared to the main roads. We spend most of our time here managing orders and talking to clients on the phone. The space is filled with desks, computers, and stacks of paperwork that never seem to go away. We aren't a big, flashy agency with a view of the skyline. Instead, we have a simple view of the street below where we can see the daily life of the neighborhood. The second floor gets a nice breeze when we open the windows in the evening. We have a small pantry where we make tea and take a few minutes to breathe during busy afternoons. Most of our work is about coordinating things and making sure the supplies get to where they are needed. We’ve been in this location for a long time, so we know the local tea seller and the other folks in the building quite well. It’s a straightforward way to work. We don't have any corporate slogans; we just try to get the tasks done before it’s time to lock up and head home. It’s a quiet, steady life here at Balbir Singh Place. It suits us just fine.
