Osm Chits Private Limited

We are located over in Burari at Khasra No-36/20 in Kaushik Enclave. This part of North West Delhi has changed a lot lately, with more houses going up every year. Osm Chits Private Limited is just a small local operation based right here in the enclave. We work out of a plain building that fits right in with the rest of the neighborhood. Most of our day is spent talking to people from the nearby streets who are part of our chit groups. It is honest work that involves a lot of counting and writing things down in books. The area can be a bit dusty when the wind picks up, but it’s a good place to be. We don't have a big fancy office with air conditioning in every corner; it’s more about having a reliable spot where people can find us. We handle the monthly auctions and the distribution of the funds to whichever member wins the bid. People in Kaushik Enclave know us as the place to go when they want to save bit by bit. We have a few staff members who live nearby and know the local area well. It makes things easier when we need to visit someone or when they stop by on their way home from the market. We don't use any complicated jargon or big words. We just tell people how the chit works and keep the records straight so there are no mistakes. We have been here for a long while.
