Orix Auto Infrastructure Services Ltd has a couple of spots where we operate. One is at 174/B, Jangpura-B Mathura Road in New Delhi. The other is 302. B, Residency Apartment, Ardee City, Sector-52 in Gurgaon. Having two locations means we are often moving back and forth between Delhi and Gurgaon. Mathura Road is always packed with cars, so getting to the Jangpura office can be a bit of a challenge in the mornings. The Gurgaon spot in Ardee City is in a residential complex, which is a different kind of vibe. We deal with auto infrastructure, so there is always something going on with vehicles or logistics. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure things are where they should be. We don’t have a polished corporate image. Our offices are full of maps, schedules, and people talking on their mobiles. Sometimes things get a little chaotic, especially when there’s a lot of traffic or a delay. But we’ve been doing this for a while, so we know how to handle the bumps. It’s a lot of hard work keeping everything moving across these two busy cities. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy front desk. We just focus on the infrastructure and the services we provide. It keeps us busy from morning until night. We just try to stay organized and keep the cars and equipment moving where they need to go.
