One Day Express Ltd

We are over in Dilshad Colony, which is in the North East part of New Delhi. Our office is located at A 75/S-1. It is a very busy residential neighborhood with narrow streets and lots of local shops nearby. We do express delivery work, so the pace here is usually pretty quick. You will always see delivery motorcycles parked out front and people coming in with packages to send. The office is small and tucked away in a corner, but we manage to handle a surprising amount of volume from this one little spot. We spend our day sorting through parcels and trying to figure out the fastest routes for the drivers to take. Delhi traffic is a real problem, so it takes some local knowledge to get things delivered on time. We do not have a marketing department or anything like that. Most of the people we work with are just locals or businesses that have known us for years. It gets loud in the colony sometimes with kids playing and street vendors calling out their prices. Inside the office, it is mostly the sound of tape dispensers and scanners. We have a few desks and some metal shelving for the outgoing boxes. It is a simple operation and we just try to get the mail to where it belongs. We have gotten pretty good at navigating the back lanes of this city.
