Om Logistics

Our place is located in Ludhiana, specifically at Phase-5, Focal Point. If you know this area, you know it’s mostly factories and big trucks moving in and out all day long. Om Logistics is tucked into D-24, and the address usually has Kulwant Brar’s name attached to it. It is a dusty part of town, honestly, because of all the construction and the heavy vehicles nearby. We spend our time managing loads and making sure the drivers know where they are going. There isn't any big sign with flashing lights here. Just a gate and some space for the trucks to pull in when they need to load up. Inside the office, it is pretty simple. A few chairs, some old computers, and plenty of tea being made throughout the day to keep everyone going. Punjab winters get cold, so we usually have a small heater running in the corner. We don't use any high-tech systems that you see in movies. It is mostly just phone calls and logbooks. People come in and out, asking about their shipments, and we do our best to find the info. It’s a bit chaotic sometimes when three trucks arrive at once, but we manage. We’ve been in this Focal Point spot for a bit, and everyone around here knows us. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just moving goods from one point to another like any other logistics outfit in this part of Ludhiana.
