Our office is located at house number 477 in Dev Lok Colony, right here in Hapur. If you are from around here, you know it’s a fairly quiet spot, which is nice compared to the busy main roads. At Om Logistics Ltd, we spend our time dealing with the transport side of things. It’s not a complicated setup. We have a few rooms, some computers, and a lot of logbooks. Most of our day is spent talking to drivers and making sure they know where they are supposed to be going. Hapur is a good place for this kind of work because of the connections to the bigger highways. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on the fact that we've been here for a while and people know where to find us. Sometimes the trucks break down or the paperwork gets mixed up at the border, and we just have to sit down and sort it out. It’s a lot of practical problem-solving. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep the shipments moving. We don't make big claims about being the best; we just try to get the job done so we can go home at the end of the day. It’s just how things work in a local place like this. We are just regular people doing a regular job every day.
