Om Logistics Ltd is situated at 47 Panch Mahal Aptt, right in the heart of Patparganj, Delhi. Working out of an apartment building like Panch Mahal gives the business a bit of a different feel than a standard office park. We’ve got our space at number 47, and it’s usually packed with files and computers. Patparganj is a busy hub, and we’re right in the middle of all that Delhi energy. We handle logistics, which basically means we spend our whole day on the phone or typing away at keyboards. It’s a lot of organizing and making sure people are where they need to be. We aren’t a huge corporation with fancy uniforms; we are just a team of people who have been doing this for a long time. Our desks are a bit cluttered, and the tea is always brewing in the corner. We don't use those slick slogans you see on billboards. For us, it’s just about getting the work done so we can go home to our families at the end of the day. The traffic outside can be a nightmare, but we’ve learned to work around it. Most of our clients have been with us for years because they know we’re just regular folks doing our best. We don't try to overcomplicate things. We just stay here in the apartment, keep our records straight, and manage the logistics as they come.
