Our office is right in the middle of everything at Connaught Place. We are on the second floor of Shiv Mahal, which is at B-47. Being in Central Delhi means there is always a lot going on right outside our door. It is an old building, but it has a lot of character and we have been here for some time now. We deal with property stuff, mostly focusing on the areas around the city center. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit narrow, but once you get inside, it’s a decent workspace. We have some old desks and a lot of folders stacked up. It isn't the most modern place you will ever see. We spend our time checking on building statuses and talking to people about leases and sales. It can be quite a grind during the peak hours when CP is packed with people. We just keep our heads down and get the work done. There are usually a few of us in the office at any given time. We don't have any big signs or anything, just a small place where we handle business. It’s a convenient spot because we can get to almost any part of the city from here. Most days are just spent managing the various files we have for local estates. It gets dusty with all the construction nearby, but we just clean up and keep going. We've seen a lot of changes in this circle over the years.
