OM Constructions & Design

We've been over here at A1- A2 in the Dda Shed area of Okhla Phase-1 for a while now. It's mostly just us getting the drawings right and then making sure the construction part actually happens like it's supposed to. Some days are just spent looking at concrete and steel, honestly. We don't really do the fancy office thing. The shop floor is where most of the work gets done. You’ll find us mostly dealing with the crews or trying to figure out why a shipment hasn't showed up yet. It gets dusty, but that's just how the job is. People come to us when they need a wall put up or a room redesigned without a whole lot of fuss. We just use what we know about the local area and try to stay busy. It’s a lot of manual labor and then sitting down at a desk to fix the plans when things change on the site. If you stop by the shed, you'll see we keep it pretty simple. No big reception area or anything like that. Just some desks and a lot of tools lying around. We’ve done a bunch of different projects nearby, and it’s always interesting to see how a space changes from just an empty shell to something people can actually use. We try to keep things moving along. It’s not always pretty work, but it gets the job done at the end of the day.
