Om Car Care

We operate out of Shop Number 10/76 in Subhash Nagar. There’s a hotel nearby that most people use to find their way to us. Om Car Care isn’t a huge dealership or anything. It’s a workshop where we spend our days covered in grease and oil. Cars come in with all sorts of noises or scratches, and we just do our best to get them sorted out. The floor is usually a bit stained, and there are tools scattered around the benches. That’s just the nature of fixing engines. Subhash Nagar is a crowded area, so parking can be a bit of a puzzle sometimes. We’ve been working on cars in this spot for a long time. Some of the vehicles we see are brand new, and others look like they’ve been through a lot. We don’t talk much while we’re working; we just get on with it. It’s noisy because of the fans and the tools, but we’re used to it. People bring their cars here because they know we’ve been in the neighborhood forever. We aren't interested in being a big chain. We just like the work. It’s satisfying to see a car drive off sounding better than when it arrived. The sun hits the shop front in the afternoon and it gets pretty hot, but we keep the doors open. It’s just a regular local garage for the folks living around here who need their vehicles checked.
