We’re located over in the Okhla Industrial Area, Phase II. We share space with Blue Star Ltd at E-44/12. It’s a busy part of Delhi, with lots of trucks and workers moving around all day. This is where the refrigeration and air conditioning community kind of comes together. It isn’t a store or a factory, but more of a place where we handle things for the association. There are a lot of files and old records in the office. We spend our time answering emails, organizing meetings, and keeping track of what’s happening in the cooling industry. It’s mostly paperwork and talking to people on the phone. We don't have a shiny lobby or anything. It’s just a functional workspace with a few desks and a lot of binders. Sometimes the air conditioning in our own office acts up, which is a bit funny given what we do. We’ve been at this for a long time, so we know most of the companies in the field. It’s a small world once you get into it. We aren't here to sell you anything. We just keep the wheels turning for the members. It gets busy during the summer months for obvious reasons. We just try to stay on top of the admin work and help out where we can. It’s a quiet but steady part of the industrial landscape here. We’ve been in this Okhla spot for years and it suits us just fine.
