Delhi Plastic

We’ve been here at B-177/2 in Okhla Phase 1 for quite some time now. It is a busy spot on the ground floor where things never really stop moving. If you walk down this part of the industrial area, you’ll hear the hum of our machines and see the plastic scraps piled up near the door. It’s not a fancy place by any means. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint and the floor gets pretty dusty from all the foot traffic and the raw materials coming in. We spend most of our days just managing the production and making sure the molds are doing what they should. Some days the heat in the workshop gets to be a bit much, but we just keep the fans going and get through the orders. Most of our neighbors are doing similar work, so there is always a lot of noise and trucks blocking the lane. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just a few of us making sure the plastic parts come out okay and that we don’t run out of material before the week is over. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait around, but that is just part of being in this area. We know the tea stall guy around the corner better than we know our own families some weeks. It is just regular work in a regular industrial block.
