Color Koncept

We are located in Okhla Phase 1, right in one of the DSIDC sheds. It’s an industrial area, so there is always a lot of noise and movement outside. Color Koncept is what we call ourselves. We work out of this shed which is basically a large open space filled with materials and machines. It’s not a fancy office at all. The floor is concrete and we have high ceilings. Most of our day is spent dealing with different colors and getting things ready for customers. It’s dusty work sometimes. The neighborhood is full of similar units making all sorts of things. We have been here long enough to know the neighbors. The shed gets quite hot in the summer months, but we are used to it by now. We focus on the work at hand. There’s a lot of lifting and moving stuff around. Our address is easy to find if you know the DSIDC layout. We don’t have a big sign out front, just the name on the door. People come here when they need specific work done regarding colors or manufacturing. It’s a hands-on type of business. We don’t sit behind desks much. Usually, someone is always checking the machines or packing up a finished batch. It’s a lot of manual effort every day. We also have to keep an eye on the power supply because things can trip when multiple machines run at once. It’s just how it is in this kind of place.
