We are over here in Okhla Phase 2, right in one of the DDA sheds at A79. It is a busy spot and there is always something going on with bikes and scooters around here. Most days start early with the sound of tools and people moving things around. The shed is not anything fancy, just a practical space where we handle the two-wheeler business. We have been in this part of New Delhi for a while now, so we know the area pretty well. It gets quite dusty and loud sometimes, especially in the afternoons when the traffic picks up outside, but we just get on with the work. People stop by to ask about different models or just to see what is new in the workshop. We do not spend much time on fancy decorations or office furniture because the focus is usually on the engines and the parts sitting on the floor. It is a straightforward operation where a few of us manage the inventory and talk to customers who walk in. Sometimes the power goes out or it gets too hot, but that is just how it is in Okhla. We have a small desk for paperwork, but mostly you will find us standing around the vehicles. It is a decent place to work if you like being around machines and don't mind getting your hands a bit dirty. We just try to keep things moving and make sure every bike is accounted for before we close up the shed for the evening.
