Our spot is on the third floor of building 153 in Okhla Industrial Area, Phase 3. Being in New Delhi means things are always moving fast and the streets downstairs are usually packed with trucks and delivery vans. We handle logistics, which basically means we spend our whole day tracking shipments and talking to drivers. Paperwork and computer screens take up our time. The office serves as a place where we get the work done, and it isn't anything special to look at. We’ve been here in Okhla for a while, and you get used to the constant buzz of the industrial zone. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days we're just waiting on updates from the road. The business is practical at its core. We move things from point A to point B and try to make sure nothing gets lost along the way. There are plenty of other companies in this building, so the elevators are always busy. We keep a small team because it’s easier to manage that way. Dealing with transport in India has its own set of challenges like weather and traffic, but we just deal with it as it comes. We’re just regular people trying to keep the supply chain moving without too many hiccups. Coordination and late nights are just part of the deal. We don't mind the long hours much.
