We have been based at D-7 in Udyog Nagar for quite a while now. If you are familiar with Rohtak Road, you know it is always busy with heavy trucks and people moving things around. Our building is not anything fancy to look at, just a regular industrial spot where we handle the battery stuff. It gets pretty dusty out here with all the construction and traffic, but we just keep the doors shut and get to work. Most days start early because the heat gets bad in the afternoon. We usually have tea together in the small room near the back entrance. It is a lot of manual lifting and checking equipment. Some of the guys have been here for ten years, others just started last month. We do not spend much time on fancy office furniture. We mostly focus on making sure the power units are ready to go out on the trucks. Rohtak Road can be a nightmare during monsoon when it floods a bit, but we manage. We are not trying to be the biggest place in Delhi, just trying to get the orders right. It is loud inside the shed with the machines running, so we end up shouting to hear each other. That is just how it is here. We try to leave by six if the work is done. Sometimes there is a delay with the raw materials coming in, and that messes up the schedule. You just deal with it and move on to the next day.
