Okara Trade Parcel Carriers is way up in North Delhi, in Burari. Our place is on Gali No 21, Khasra No 15/16 in Kamal Vihar. We are pretty close to the Sai Mandir in Sant Nagar, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us. This area is always buzzing with people and small shops. We handle parcels of all sizes. Some are small enough to hold in your hand and others take two people to lift. It’s a lot of sorting and tagging. The dusty streets of Burari are where we spend most of our time. It’s not a quiet place. There is always the sound of horns and people shouting. Our office is just a practical space where we keep the records. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything. The staff here are locals who know the shortcuts and how to deal with the Delhi heat. We don't use any polished language to describe what we do. We just pick up parcels and deliver them. It sounds easy but it’s actually a lot of coordination and sweating. Sometimes a package gets delayed or a route is blocked, and we just have to deal with it as it happens. We aren't a giant corporation with thousands of employees. We are just a local team doing our bit in the trade. If you come by Kamalpur, you’ll see us busy at work. We just keep moving.
