Offshoot Agency Pvt. Ltd. is located at Plot No. A- 45 in Defence Colony. The office is a fairly normal space where we spend most of our daylight hours. It is not one of those fancy glass buildings you see in magazines, but it has everything we need to get our work done. Defence Colony is a pretty established area, and being at Plot A-45 makes it easy for people to find us if they know the neighborhood. We have a few desks, some computers that sometimes act up, and a small area where we keep the coffee machine. It is usually quite busy here, with people coming in and out to discuss different projects. We don’t really follow a strict corporate dress code or anything like that. Most of us just wear what is comfortable. The agency side of things means there is always a lot of paperwork and planning going on. Sometimes the desks get a bit cluttered with notes and drawings, but we know where everything is. We have been in this spot for a while now. The commute is okay for most of the staff, though traffic can be a pain on certain days. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized. It is a practical environment where we just do our daily business without much fuss. We don’t have any big slogans on the walls, just a calendar and some old photos of the team.
