Nutratec Pharma

Our place is in the Sandeep Complex, which is inside Shiva Market over in Pitampura Village. It’s a bit of a busy area with a lot of small shops and traders everywhere. We deal with pharma products. The office isn't very big at all. We have shelves filled with boxes and samples. It’s a bit cramped, but we make it work for us. Pitampura Village has a lot of character. You see all sorts of people walking through the market. We’ve been here long enough that we know the guys at the tea stall and the other shopkeepers in the complex. It’s a tight-knit place. We spend our days handling orders and talking to suppliers. There’s always someone coming in to ask for something or drop off a package. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us answering the phones and keeping track of the stock. The lighting in the building could be better, but we have our own lamps. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when the market is in full swing, but you stop noticing it after a while. We aren't trying to be a giant corporation. We’re just a local business doing our job in this part of Delhi. We keep things simple. No fancy brochures or polished speeches here. If someone needs information about our products, we just tell them what we know. It’s a basic, honest way of doing things. We like being part of the Shiva Market community.
