We've been at 349, 1St Floor in Punjabi Bazar for a while now. It's right in Kotla Mubarakpur, just opposite Defence Colony. N.K.P. Pharma Pvt. Ltd. is basically where we handle all our daily work. Dealing with pharmaceutical stuff keeps us busy. The area is usually crowded, especially being near the bazar, so it's a lively spot to be in every day. Sometimes the stairs up to the first floor feel longer than they are when we're carrying boxes up there. We just focus on getting the orders out and keeping things moving. People know us around here because we’ve stayed in the same spot for a long time. It’s not a massive office, but it works for what we do. We manage the paperwork and the distribution from this one location. Working in Kotla Mubarakpur means there’s always something happening outside the window. It's a practical setup. Nothing fancy about the office, just desks and supplies and plenty of files in the cabinets. We try to stay organized, though it gets a bit hectic when several shipments arrive at once. Most of the time, it's just the usual routine of checking stocks and talking to suppliers on the phone. Being across from Defence Colony makes it easy for people to find us if they need to drop by. We’ve grown used to the noise and the pace of the market. It’s home for the business. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us making sure everything runs okay every day.
